The way thumbrests were installed in pictures feel ok. But I rotated the thumbrest 180 degrees so where the front of thumb is still resting at the same angle, but now, side of thumb rests on along side the stock(not thumbrest} so now pointing with thumb is closer and tighter to stock and thus closer to center. I did not install handstop, because spare mag vfg and picatinny rail are installed,
